As part of our ongoing commitment toward customer service, ACU has instituted the following member enhancements to ACU's already superb list of amenities.
Hours of Operation: Hours of operation for access to your wines have been expanded to 7 days a week, 9 am to 9 pm.
Online Bill Pay: You can now pay your monthly, bi-annual or annual storage fee online, just click on the "Make a Payment" button above.
Online Lock Reservation: Now you can reserve a locker simply by clicking on the "Request a Locker" button above and following the directions.
Complimentary Wine Valet Service: This exclusive service places wines received by ACU on your behalf into your private locker. A receipt from the valet will indicate date, time, and the valet's name responsible for its placement.
"Accept and Store" Wine Deliveries: With the emphasis on personal service, our new Valet Service will replace our current "Accept and Store" wine shipment acceptance protocol. If members chose to opt out of the Valet Service option, ACU will still "Accept and Store" a member's wine for a nominal fee of $5.00 per parcel, per month. In addition, members utlitizing the "Accept and Store" method of delivery will have access to retrieve their stored wines by appointment only between the hours of 10am to 3pm Monday through Friday.
Valet Inventory Service: Our knowlegeable personal Valet will inventory and record your wines. Your custom spreadsheet will b e emailed to you! The Valet Inventory Service is a timely and cost-effective way to manage your valuable wine assets. ($20 per hour, $20 minimum)*
Sommelier Valet: Tired of turning your bottles? Why not let ACU take the worries of turning your bottles by letting a personal Valet turn them for you? ($20 per hour, $20 minimum)*
Member Referral Program: As a valued member, we would like to demonstrate our gratitude to you by way of a free month's rental for each referral you send our way. Referrals may sign up for any locker of any size for a 6-month minimum. Fill out our referral form here.
Recurring Member Rental Discounts: Our commitment to our members is all about long term relationships. That said, when a member signs up for a 6-month renewal, they receive one additional month free.. If a member signs up for a 12-month renewal, they will receive two months free. Again, it's that simple!
Customized Locker Build Outs: We can provide you with customized build outs for your personal wine storage locker, regardless of size. Quotes are available upon request.
*Members must provide us with a copy of their locker storage key or combination so that we may access their locker to take advantage of these services.
