| Prima Tinta de Toro 2007 |
| From Spain's Toro appellation, a full bodied dry red
90 points Robert Parker Wine Advocate
"the 2007 Prima is a blend of 90% Tinta de Toro and 10% Garnacha aged for 12 months in seasoned French and American oak prior to bottling without filtration. With a glass-coating opaque purple color, it reveals an expressive nose of smoke, pencil lead, tobacco, spice box, black cherry, and blackberry. Supple and round on the palate, it has layers of ripe fruit, savory flavors, and enough soft tannin to improve for another 3-5 years. This lengthy effort will have a drinking window extending from 2012 to 2025. In short, it is a serious example of Toro at a nearly frivolous price" |

| Rivola Sardon De Duero 2005 |
| AGEING: 12 months in mixed casks of French and American oak.
Appellation: Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León.
GRAPE VARIETIES: 60% Tempranillo 40% Cabernet Sauvignon
Intense black cherry red. Very intense nose, roast aroma with hints of clove, liquorice and coffee. Slight vanilla taste. A smooth attack, with structure and blended tannins. Incredibly aromatic on the palate, expressive and fresh. In the mouth it offers three times the intensity than it does in the nose. Easy and nice finish. A very delicate and pleasant wine. |

| Sabor Real Toro Tempranillo 2006 |
| Toro is in northwest Spain, less than 50 miles from the Portuguese border, on the banks of the Duero River (which becomes the Douro in Portugal). Tempranillo (called Tinto de Toro here) dominates but there are also scattered plantings of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Toro wines are powerful and high in alcohol, often with a distinctly roasted, meaty character.
Toro reds are somewhat like our California wines from Paso Robles. Big, juicy jammy wines, easy to drink. |

| The Flying Winemaker Tempranillo 2007 |
| Campo De Borja, Spain
Tempranillo is one of Spain’s classic varieties. We discovered this wine in Campo de Borja is an outstanding region for Tempranillo. The vineyards are low yield old vine at 500 meters elevation to obtain the warm days and cool nights required for full flavor development. Following pressing the wine was aged in oak and underwent malolactic fermentation to give smooth integration and depth of flavor. This wine shows loads of fruit with a rich, wild berry character and velvety tannin. |

| Vega-Sicilia Valbuena 2004 |
| 94 points Robert Parker
Vega-Sicilia has laid the foundation for what has become one of the best wine-making regions in Spain, Ribera del Duero. It is only released after 5 years' ageing. 2004 Valbuena competes with Les Forts de Latour in the battle for priciest second label, Vega-Sicilia Unico being first. However, like Les Forts the Valbuena is arguably better than most of it's competitors' first wines. Produced from the outstanding 2004 vintage, from Vega Sicilia's unique Valbuena blend of Tempranillo, Merlot and Malbec, this wine will surely make old bones, likely not drinking at its peak for many years. |
